Legendary author, JK Rowling, recently took to Twitter to announce that she’ll be releasing the fifth edition of the Cormoran Strike crime series later this year.
The fifth edition will be entitled ‘Troubled Blood’ and will be released under her pseudonym Robert Galbraith on the 29th of September.
Rowling states that she purposely uses her pseudonym to enable her readers to distinguish between her different works.
The Cormoran Strike series in particular is based on a war veteran turned private detective who solves brutal murders around London with the help of his trusted assistant Robin Ellacott.
Since the series’ primary novel, The Cuckoo’s Calling, was published in 2013, the book has also been adapted into a television show starring Tom Burke as Strike and Holliday Grainger as Robin.
