The founder of the athletics brand Outdoor Voices is stepping down from her position as the CEO of the company.
Although Tyler Haney will be stepping down from her role as CEO she will remain a member of the company’s board.
The 31 year old will be succeeded temporarily by the CEO of InterLux, Cliff Moskowitz, until her and her associates identify an ideal candidate who will ensure the company’s development moving forward.
Hanley is stepping down during a very difficult period for the company.
By 2018 the company had managed to raise $64 million in funding, however, sources from Business Of Fashion stated that they’ve failed to secure the funding as of late.
The athleisure brand ended 2019 with annual sales of $40 million; at that rate they were losing roughly $2 million every month.
Under new leadership the company will be hoping to recover from a difficult year in 2020 and appeal to all the millennials that took their bold designs and colour choices in with open arms.
